Alex Selph

Instrument: Drums

Alex’s excellent communication and interpersonal skills make him a favorite among his students. He teaches students interested in a range of genres including rock, reggae, latin, R&B, pop, jazz, gospel, and blues. Alex’s students gain a solid foundation in whichever style they pursue.

Alex began exploring percussion and playing drums at the age of seven. He now performs with a number of different bands in Atlanta. Alex is a graduate of the Atlanta Institute of Music. He is proficient in composing, transcribing and arranging music.
