Pricing, Cancellation, and Withdrawal Policies
Lesson Cost and Registration Fee
Sandy Springs Music provides weekly lessons. We collect and process payments monthly as follows:
- 30-minute weekly private lessons: $170/month ($42.5/lesson)
- 1-hour weekly private lessons: $340/month ($85/lesson)
- 1-hour weekly Rock Band classes (Student is taking private lessons at SSM in addition to Rock Band): $210/month/student
- 1-hour weekly Rock Band classes (Student is not taking private lessons at SSM in addition to Rock Band): $250/month/student
Prices reflect an average of four lessons per month averaged out over the course of a year.
Our $25 new student registration fee applies to the whole family.
Cancellation/Make Up Policy
Please provide 12 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Make-up classes are available for cancellations we receive with at least 12 hours’ notice.
We do not provide make-up lessons for same-day cancellations or if a student fails to show up for a lesson without providing 12 hours’ notice.
Withdrawal Policy
A student may withdraw from lessons at any time upon providing 30-days’ notice and completing a withdrawl form. We do not provide refunds for unused lessons within the 30-day withdrawal period.
