Pricing, Cancellation, and Withdrawal Policies
Lesson Cost and Registration Fee
Sandy Springs Music provides weekly lessons. We collect and process payments every 4 weeks as follows:
- 30-minute weekly private lessons: $170/month ($42.5/lesson)
- 1-hour weekly private lessons: $340/month ($85/lesson)
Cancellation/Make Up Policy
Please provide 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Make-up classes are available for cancellations we receive with at least 24 hours notice.
We do not provide make-up lessons for same-day cancellations or if a student fails to show up for a lesson without providing 24 hours’ notice.
Students who frequently cancel their weekly timeslot will not be able to book a recurring timeslot more than a month in advance.
Withdrawal Policy
A student may withdraw from lessons at any time upon providing 14-days’ notice. We do not provide refunds for unused lessons, but student may book remaining lessons for 3 months past their purchase date.
