Winter Recital 2023

We love seeing what our students are learning, and it’s a great opportunity to perform for others – a skill that translates to public speaking and any other sort of performance you may aspire to in the future.

The winter recital is a fun, casual opportunity to perform for other musicians and their families who just want to support your musical journey, regardless of what stage you’re in! Beginner, intermediate or advanced – show us what you’ve learned so far! We are all there to celebrate each other’s progress. Cheering is highly encouraged 🙂 If you want to participate, register below by Nov 30th and in the description box write the student’s name(s) and age(s).

St. James United Methodist Church. 4400 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd., Atlanta, GA 30342

How Much:

$20 per student to perform. Bring as many friends and family members you want to support your favorite musician! Cost for audience members is they must be very enthusiastic for everyone’s performance 😛

Details:

Nov 30th, 2023
1:00-2:00pm: 5-7 year olds 
2:00-3:00pm: 8-10 year olds
3:15-4:15pm: 11-13 year olds
4:30-5:45: 14 and older (adults are encouraged to participate!)

The recital is open to all students at SSM. 

Performance piece must be under 2 minutes. Exceptions will be made for advanced students. There is no minimum! If you just want to get on stage for 15 seconds, that is absolutely fine. 

Please put student’s age, performance piece/length in the description when registering, if possible, and if they have a sibling also performing.
