Guitar, Bass & Ukulele Lessons
Guitar, bass, and ukulele are the heart of Sandy Springs Music (SSM).
SSM owner David Szikman began playing guitar at the age of nine. His experience with the instrument inspired him to open Sandy Springs Music in 2004.
As with all of our lessons, guitar, bass, and ukulele teachers customize lessons to fit student ability levels and interests. Students can learn how to play through the lens of rock, blues, jazz, folk, or country music.
Beginners start with the basics, including proper instrument positioning and picking techniques. Intermediate players apply scales, modes, and theory to their playing. More advanced students may refine their stage presence and participate in our rock band program!

Pricing Information
Sandy Springs Music provides weekly lessons. We process payments monthly as follows:
- 30-minute weekly private lessons: $170/month
- 1-hour weekly private lessons: $340/month
- Advanced beginner and up students can also be part of our Rock Band!
